Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to services, experiences, and purchases provided by The Party Concierge Co.

By booking an experience, purchasing a product, submitting payment, or entering into a service agreement with The Party Concierge Co., you agree to the applicable terms and conditions associated with your booking.

Services

The Party Concierge Co. provides event planning, styling, concierge services, curated experiences, custom gifting, merchandise, and related celebration services.

Specific services, deliverables, pricing, payment schedules, and event details may be outlined in a separate proposal or service agreement.

Booking & Payment

Dates and services are subject to availability.

A booking may require a signed agreement and payment of a retainer or other amount before an event date is considered reserved.

Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule provided for your event.

Changes to Your Event

Changes to guest count, location, event date, design, services, rentals, or other event details may affect pricing and availability.

Additional services or changes requested after booking may result in additional charges.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information and obtaining any permissions or approvals required by their venue or property.

The client is also responsible for communicating applicable venue rules, access restrictions, setup requirements, and other information that may affect our services.

Rentals & Property

When rental items are provided, clients are responsible for reasonable care of those items during the event.

Charges may apply for items that are lost, damaged, destroyed, or not returned as required.

Outside Vendors

The Party Concierge Co. may coordinate with independent vendors when appropriate. Independent vendors remain responsible for their own products and services.

Photography

Event photographs may be used for portfolio, website, or marketing purposes when permitted by the applicable service agreement or client authorization.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any additional terms contained in your individual service agreement.

Website Use

Content appearing on The Party Concierge Co. website, including branding, photographs, written content, graphics, and designs, may not be copied or reproduced without permission except as permitted by law.

Updates

These terms may be updated periodically. The terms applicable to a specific booked event may also be supplemented by the service agreement executed for that event.
