Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Party Concierge Co., each celebration and experience is thoughtfully planned, customized, and prepared specifically for our clients. Because our services often require advance planning, reserved dates, custom materials, and coordination with third-party vendors, the following cancellation and refund policies apply.

Retainers & Payments

A retainer may be required to reserve your event date and begin planning. Unless otherwise stated in your service agreement, retainers are non-refundable because they secure your date and compensate for planning and preparation already performed.

Your event is not considered confirmed until all required agreements have been signed and the applicable retainer or payment has been received.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your event or experience, please contact The Party Concierge Co. as soon as possible.

Payments for services, custom items, rentals, materials, third-party vendors, or work already completed may be non-refundable.

Any additional cancellation terms specific to your event will be outlined in your proposal or service agreement.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Requests to reschedule will be considered based on availability.

Payments may be transferred to a new available date at the discretion of The Party Concierge Co. Additional costs may apply if pricing, vendors, materials, venue requirements, or the scope of the event changes.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom merchandise, personalized gifts, signage, favors, décor, printed materials, and other made-to-order items are final sale once production has begun and cannot be returned or refunded.

Weather

For outdoor events and experiences, weather conditions may require adjustments to the event location, setup, or schedule.

Weather-related rescheduling will be handled according to the specific circumstances of the event, vendor availability, and the terms outlined in your service agreement.

Third-Party Vendors

Some events may include products or services provided by independent vendors. Refunds or cancellations involving those services may also be subject to the individual vendor’s policies.
